Our Work
Real Jobs, Real Results
A look at recent repairs, fabrication, and emergency work — from bridge structural repair to custom gates, handrails, and aluminum welding.
Project 01
Bridge Structural Repair

Problem
A bridge crossing a creek had structural damage — guardrails and steel support members were bent and torn loose, with sections hanging down into the creek bed below. The crossing was unsafe and needed repair without closing it any longer than necessary.
Solution
We brought the equipment to the bridge and worked on-site, using ladders to reach the damaged steel beneath the asphalt deck. The failed sections were cut away, and new structural members, posts, and guardrails were fabricated and welded into place.
Result
The bridge was repaired in place and returned to safe service — no hauling, no shop time, and the crossing back open.
Project 02
Emergency Mobile Repairs

Problem
Equipment and infrastructure failures that couldn’t wait — including highway roadway plates and structural steel supports where downtime meant real cost and real risk.
Solution
We rolled out with the truck and welder, prepped the damaged steel on location, and made structural repairs in place — including work on an active highway shoulder and heavy equipment on a job site.
Result
Each job was back in service the same visit. No hauling, no shop queue, no extended downtime.
Project 03
Commercial Handrail Fabrication & Install

Problem
A commercial site needed a full run of steel handrails along new concrete walkways and steps — built to spec, securely anchored, and finished cleanly.
Solution
We fabricated the handrail sections and core-drilled the concrete so each post could be set flush and seamless, rather than surface-mounted on visible plates. Rails were welded up and installed on-site, working into the evening to keep the schedule.
Result
A clean, secure handrail system with a seamless finish — anchored properly into the concrete and built to hold up to daily public use.
Project 04
Ventilation Fan & Louver Install

Problem
A building needed a ventilation fan and louver fitted into an existing structure — requiring the opening to be cut and framed, and a mount fabricated to fit.
Solution
We cut and prepped the opening, fabricated the steel framing and mounting to suit the unit, and welded everything in place so the fan and louver sat square and secure.
Result
A properly framed, structurally sound installation — fitted to the building rather than forced into it.
Project 05
Gates & Fencing — Fabrication, Install, Repair

Problem
A range of gate and fence work across commercial, agricultural, and residential customers — from a dumpster enclosure and a motel pool fence to pasture gates and backyard access gates.
Solution
Each gate was fabricated to fit its opening: square tube frames built and welded up, panels and mesh fitted, posts set, and hardware hung so everything swings true and latches properly.
Result
Gates that fit, hang straight, and hold up — built for the actual opening rather than trimmed down from a stock size.
Project 06
Aluminum Boat Repair & Outboard Modification

Problem
An aluminum boat needed repair and modification so an outboard motor could be mounted — work that requires welding aluminum, which behaves very differently from steel.
Solution
We welded and reinforced the aluminum structure, fabricating the modification needed to properly carry the outboard’s weight and load.
Result
A clean, strong aluminum weld and a transom ready to take the motor — repaired rather than replaced.
